SITUATION: After the restructuring of the gallery concept and a further four years of operations, the gallery was not seeing the results they were expecting
SOLUTION: In 2013, Troy analyzed the history and current status, provided straight talk on the true situation and recommended immediate key steps to improve the business, that was then executed. In 2016, he was asked back to help with further growth plans. In 2020, the gallery signed up for the CFO subscription service.
RESULTS: In 2013, the business was turned around from absorbing capital to generating wealth. It achieved a 360% improvement in profit in 1 year. Operational improvements were implemented in 2016 and 2017. A new go-to-market strategy is being executed in 2020.
