I love helping people. From a young age, my parents and my faith taught me to share my talents with others. I was fortunate to be raised by parents who valued my education. When I graduated high school, computers were just becoming available to the consumer. It took me a few years, but I realized that I had a knack for problem solving, and computers gave me the tools to do it.

After graduating college with a degree in Management Information Systems, I went to work for IBM and later consulting to Microsoft. Within four years, I was an Associate Partner managing large teams of developers, hardware architects and security resources. I had the ability to communicate between the business, who spoke in one language, to the technical team, who spoke in a different language. I worked with C-suite executives in Fortune 500 clients from around the globe which spanned more than ten different industries. After nineteen years, I went out on my own and have owned a few small businesses myself, including a commercial real estate business, an automotive dealership, and a consulting business. By the end of 2020, I will also have a Master of Science in Finance.

Through it all, I have realized that I have strength in strategic thinking and execution. I am analytical, data-driven and have the ability to drive change. I am always striving to implement better processes to improve business performance. My goal is to help small businesses to grow, improve and focus on the core differentiators.

Collaborating with Troy, I architected and built the tool that we are using for all of our clients to help them operate their business successfully and identify areas needing improvement. I can also develop new IT solutions or implement new tools for clients based on their specific needs turning business ideas into business solutions.
