CHARITY: Australian conservation & educational camp teaching sustainability to tomorrow’s young leaders

SITUATION: After 20 years, the owners were looking to take a step back from operations to leading and empowering others to run and expand the camp

SOLUTION: Working pro bono, Troy helped the owners reset their view of what they had created and where they should be focused, through an updated Business Strategy.  He then aligned the website to the Strategy and set new Business Plans in action to meet the vision.

RESULTS: The Board adopted the Business Strategy & website, plus expanded other documents to align with Troy’s Business Model, Business Plan and Annual Budget & Cash Flow advice. As a result, the program volume and operations goals have gone on to exceed expectations.
