SITUATION: In 2019, the LA media company was looking for help to grow their volume of projects globally with Facebook.  In 2021, now based in Florida, they’ve returned for further expansion assistance.

SOLUTION: In 2019, Troy build and trained the team in a customized business development and sales framework and built them a custom pipeline management toolset.  In 2021, Troy is leading the owners through a 3-step expansion planning exercise.

RESULTS: Since 2019, the Facebook portfolio of work has grown globally.  In 2021, we are looking to resolve growing pains and improve the owner’s work/life balance.
