COMPANY: Silicon Valley disruptive technology creating a new approach to qualitative market research

SITUATION: In 2011, the founder needed to replace his CEO and drive improvements into the company.  In 2016, he is looking to expand the business further

SOLUTION: In 2011, Troy stepped in as “Acting CEO” for six months, redirected the focus, simplified activities and set the stage for growth.  In 2016 onwards, Troy is advising in an array of business areas.

RESULTS: In 2011, the business net worth began to grow, finally eliminating the need for additional investment from the owner.  2016 was the highest grossing and most profitable year on record.

In short, Troy was brilliant. With very little training or oversight from me, he cut our burn rate, moved our vendors to more flexible terms, and codified a lot of the development that would help us scale.
