SITUATION: By 2017, the company had experienced astonishing growth but encountered issues. The founder was looking for a CFO and practical assistance to implement improvements, to return to growth.

SOLUTION: Initially, Troy implemented a series of financial tracking tools, a clear business strategy, and set about providing specific operational solutions to address & resolve each known problem. Since then, he has helped evaluate multiple outside brands and assisted with selecting & onboarding acquisitions.

RESULTS: Initially, branding was updated, customer loss halted, stagnant inventory cleared, higher margin products added, and year-on-year sales growth re-achieved. Since then, the business grew to an industry-leading enterprise with multiple companies & brands, and achieved the owners’ goal of being acquired by private equity.
