SITUATION: The owner was looking for fresh ideas to grow and an independent opinion of the business viability

SOLUTION: Troy introduced new ways of evaluating and measuring the business, plus a series of ideas to expand the most successful elements.  Additionally, Troy presented a realistic view of the future and an assessment criteria for the owner to decide on pursuing or closing.
