SITUATION: Due to an unsuccessful expansion move to Vancouver during a low snow winter, the business was heavily indebted, burdening ongoing operations

SOLUTION: Troy took over as the financial controller for six months, implemented a stringent cash management process, added financials processes, systems and controls, and controlled all expenditure and repayment plans moving forward
